Soccer

FAI Schools Soccer in Ireland promotes the development of soccer among primary school students by offering structured, inclusive opportunities for boys and girls to participate in the sport. Organized by the Football Association of Ireland (FAI), the program encourages teamwork, skill-building, and sportsmanship in a fun, supportive environment. Competitions and coaching sessions are held across the country, allowing young players to develop their abilities and enjoy friendly rivalry with other schools. The initiative also fosters physical fitness and confidence, aiming to inspire a lifelong love for the game and support the progression of young talent in Irish soccer.
Girls soccer training has commenced weekly for the senior classes and boys training will start after Christmas.
