In Scoil Naomh Pádraig we would love to improve our outdoor amenities for our children. Our plan is to redevelop our pitch, and install a 20m Trim Trail on suitable ground (soft surface).

The pitch redevelopment will allow us more time to use our outdoor pitch during the school year, and will include:  subsoiling, discing, draining and reseeding. The addition of a trim trail, adjacent to our pitch, will act as both a fun physical activity and an apparatus to improve agility, balance and coordination for the children.

Depending on what funds are raised, we would also like to develop a ball wall to allow the children hone their motor skills and co-ordination. As I'm sure you are aware all of this does not come cheap, but I can assure you, I will get us the best price possible with the quotes we get and the suppliers we deal with and if you can offer your time/ expertise/ equipment/ anything, both the PA and I would be happy to hear from you.

We are holding a Race Night at Galway Greyhound Stadium on June 20th 2025. The first Tier of fundraising is to secure race sponsors. The cost of being a race sponsor is €600. The race sponsor will receive 4 complimentary entry tickets, your business will have a full page ad in our race night booklet and once the result of the race is declared, The Race name, Race result and Sponsor of the Race will be displayed inside the stadium, as well as all other Greyhound Stadiums (9 in total) that night.

Receipts will be provided for all business that sponsor us on the night.

Full page adverts in the Race night Booklet are €200 and half page adverts are €125.

I would just like to thank you all in advance! This is our school's first BIG fundraiser in 14 years. We are constantly developing our resources to benefit the children in our care. Separate to this fundraiser we are developing a sensory space for all children in our school to use. There are a lot of purchases/ improvements made every day, the amenities we are fundraising for will have a huge impact on the children's physical and mental wellbeing for many years to come, again, thanks in advance.
